GATE REI’s Social Impact Reports, from 2022 to today.

GATE Real Estate Innovation S.r.l. is a Società Benefit, an Italian benefit corporation: every year it publicly accounts for the results of its work in urban and territorial regeneration, innovation and the inclusive growth of communities.

GATE REI works continuously on the design, launch and management of physical and digital hubs dedicated to innovation, to scientific and technological outreach, and to the growth of creative communities. The reports account for what has been achieved in four areas:

• Culture: promoting and giving value to artistic and cultural heritage through a wide programme of events and collaborations.
• Education: running educational activities for young people and adults, fostering inclusion and lifelong learning.
• Attractiveness and cohesion: supporting social cohesion and improving quality of life in local communities.
• Entrepreneurship: supporting business development and innovation through dedicated programmes and collaborative workspaces.
