Whistleblowing

Gate Real Estate Innovation S.r.l. Società Benefit has set up a reporting channel compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 and Legislative Decree 231/2001, through which anyone may report breaches they have become aware of in the course of their relationship with the Company.

Guarantees for the whistleblower

Interested parties may submit reports concerning breaches of the Code of Ethics through the appropriate communication channels made available by GATE REI.

Alternatively, any interested party may report in writing, through the dedicated portal linked at the foot of the company website, any breach or suspected breach of the Code of Ethics to the body responsible for overseeing the application of the Code. That body will analyse the report, where appropriate hearing both its author and the person responsible for the alleged breach, and will act so as to protect whistleblowers against retaliation of any kind, meaning any act that could give rise even to the mere suspicion of being a form of discrimination or penalisation. GATE REI guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, subject to obligations imposed by law.

Where a breach of the Code of Ethics is established, the Supervisory Body reports it, together with any recommendations it considers necessary, to senior management or to the functions concerned, according to the seriousness of the breach.

The bodies responsible determine the measures to be adopted in accordance with the legislation in force and with the disciplinary system adopted by the Company, oversee their implementation and report the outcome to the body responsible for monitoring the Code of Ethics.

How to submit a report

Reports are submitted through the dedicated Whistleflow portal, which guarantees that they are handled confidentially.
