A residential hub at the centre of the Frignano Appennino Plus development strategy, combining training spaces, accommodation and rooms equipped for education and events. It hosts retreats, workshops, team building and experiential activities, and is home to the national Makerdojo summer camp for young people aged 8 to 17.
The building offers:
- 57 beds, in single rooms with private bathroom, doubles and triples;
- 5 training rooms seating 12 to 20 people;
- 2 refectories for 35-40 people and a professional kitchen;
- an event space;
- a sauna and wellness area, a lounge and 3 relaxation rooms;
- a library;
- an inner courtyard with a digital greenhouse and a herb garden.
